The holiday is in full swing as Christmas trees and decors are not prominently displayed in department stores. I visited one of the malls near my area and saw the displays. Of course, I also wanted to soak in the holiday mall decor and the Christmas songs playing while you looked through different shops.

The holidays always get me excited and part of the reason is having these lights and decors displayed in very creative ways. A green Christmas tree is the most common choice but there are also options for white, pink, silver, gold, and even blue and purple, to match any homes decor or quirky preferences.
My goal for the day was not check out the options so I can decide what decorations I will also put up to celebrate the season. I know that this is falling to the temptation of the commercial side of the holiday but it does contribute a lot to the festive and celebratory atmosphere and to people’s moods.
As long as we don’t go overboard, budget-wise, then I think it’s alright to indulge in the commercial aspect. If the budget is small, then work with that. After all, in gift-giving, it’s the thought and effort put into finding or creating that gift, that counts.

I didn’t take pictures of the rest of this showcase of Christmas trees and decors because I was already fascinated by what I saw in front of me. I didn’t buy anything yet as I was here to see my options. So far, these options are really tempting but they are traditional and I wanted to do something different and unique this year so I passed up on buying anything from this display.
I will be hunting for more holiday things that bring me joy in the moment as I go through my decor and gift-hunting adventure. I just wanted to share more pics of the holiday stuff that sparks joy in me, whenever I see them.
In the meantime, I want to also express my gratitude for another day that I am able to do what I enjoy doing. Today in particular, the morning sky seemed to be as enthusiastic about the day as I felt about my holiday hunting mission so of course, I took a snapshot.

At first, I thought there was a fire in the next building but it was just a fiery, good morning greeting from nature. The sun is usually peeping through the roof deck but today, it was very bright so early. The sight truly woke me up instantly. What a blessed sight to start my day!
